Shipping

To make it the most convenient for you, we offer free standard shipping for all orders above 500 SEK. You can either choose DHL Express Shipping or PostNord MyPack to addresses in Sweden. To destinations outside Sweden, some exceptions may apply. Please see the end of the page for more info.**

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). So you can expect to receive your package within 2 to 4 business days of placing the order.

PostNord MyPack Terms

  • Free shipping on orders above 25 €. On orders less than 25 €, a shipping fee of 10 € will be added to your order. 
  • Delivery time 2-6 business days after dispatch
  • Comes with tracking
  • Arrive at the recipient’s selected pick-up point
  • The recipient receives a notice by text message, email or in mobile app when the shipment is available for collection
  • Shipments are stored 14 days at pick-up points 

DHL Express Terms

  • On orders above 25 €, the cost is 7 €. On orders less than 25 €, the cost is 20 €
  • Delivery time 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • Comes with tracking
  • Signature on delivery required, unless customer opts out of this requirement
  • Cannot ship to PO Box addresses
  • All Business address must include Business Name 

For orders outside EU, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that we will not cover the cost of resending the package, if the address provided by the customer is incorrect. Also, failing to pick-up the package is not the same as cancelling the order. For unclaimed packages a separate fee 10 € will be charged. 

Please inspect the package when picking it up. If the package or products have been damaged during transportation, make a damage report immediately to the shipping company.
